INITIAL MEETING
Following our desktop evaluation of your land, which explores the physical and planning constraints present, we would welcome a site visit. This enables us to both learn about the site in further detail and, most importantly, meet with yourself, the landowner.
Understanding that each landowner is in a unique situation, with specific and individual preferences and requirements, and that the sale of their land is of upmost importance, is key to our process. There is rarely a one sized fits all solution and for this reason, we take a particularly personal and transparent approach.
OFFER
By combining our understanding of your disposal preferences with our aforementioned due diligence, we will be in a position to prepare and submit a formal offer, planning strategy and the expected timescales involved in the transaction.
We have built a reputation over many years as a highly regarded, transparent and fast moving regional house builder, after years working to ensure that each of our transactions leave both parties satisfied that they have maximised their return.

AGREE TERMS
Fortunately, due to our organisational structure, we are able to offer several advantages to landowners in areas that many of our competitors suffer. There is, for example, only a single approval needed internally for any deal to proceed, which can be done instantly. There is therefore no need for the traditional multi-layered approval process, which takes several months or more, that most national developers insist on.
Once the deal has been agreed between yourselves and us, we will draw up the Formal Heads of Terms, and circulate them between the solicitors acting for both sides of the transaction.
PLANNING
At this stage, our in-house team will be working in unison with our trusted consultants to prepare and submit the planning application to the local authority.
Once the application has been submitted we hold regular meetings with the project team, whilst simultaneously engaging in continuous dialogue with the local authority, to ensure that a planning approval which maximises the value of your land can be achieved in the shortest period.
During this period we are happy to either keep you regularly updated on progress, or leave you in peace, depending on your preference.
COMPLETION
Once planning approval has been granted, we will complete the purchase of your land.
At this point, celebrations will be underway, and our team will be moving swiftly into the construction phase of the development, in order to deliver more beautiful homes to the United Kingdom.
